Configure Platform Analytics Access

You can connect to your Platform Analytics data through Workstation, so you can view view dossier, application, user, or recent user activity.

The ability to view or edit certain settings is determined by a user's privileges. All necessary privileges are included in the Administrator role by default. You must belong to the System Administrators group to use this feature.

  1. You must connect to the environment that contains dossiers for which you want to view usage activity. Right-click the environment and choose Connect.
  2. Select the applications that contain the dossiers you want to use.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Right-click the environment again and choose Properties.
  5. Choose Get Info if you are using a Mac.

  6. In the left pane, click Platform Analytics.
  7. In the Platform Analytics Environment drop-down, select the environment that contains your Platform Analytics application.
  8. Click OK.
