User Editor: Security Filters Tab
Use the Security Filter tab of the User Editor to assign a security filter to a user.
The Projects drop-down list contains the projects that this user has access to. Select the project for which you want to assign a security filter. Then select the folder containing the security filter you want to use from the folders drop-down list. The security filters in that folder are listed in the Available list.
To apply a security filter, select it in the Available list and click >. The security filter is applied to the user, and listed in the Selected list.
To remove a security filter, select it in the Selected list and click <. The security filter is removed from the Selected list and from the user.
You can view the top and bottom-level attributes assignments for the security filter in the Selected list:

If a top range attribute is not specified, the security filter applies to every level higher than the bottom range attribute.

If a bottom range attribute is not specified, the security filter applies to every level lower than the top range attribute.

If neither a top or a bottom range attribute is specified, the security filter is applied to every level of analysis.
