Edit Project-Level Dataset Storage Quotas for Users

You can specify the maximum storage space dedicated to each user in a project. The default user storage quota is 100 MB and applies to all users who have access to the project.

The ability to view or edit certain settings is determined by a user's privileges. All necessary privileges are included in the Administrator role by default. You must belong to the System Administrators group to use this feature.

  1. Open the Workstation window.
  2. In the Navigation pane, click Projects.
  3. Right-click a project and choose Properties.

    4. Choose Get Info if you are using a Mac.

  4. In the left pane, click Dataset Storage Quota.

  5. To change the default user storage quota, enter a custom value in the text box or use the drop-down to select Unlimited or 100.

  6. To apply a storage quota value to a user, enter their name in Customize User Storage Quota.
  7. Select the user and enter a custom value in the text box or use the drop-down to select Unlimited or 100.
  8. If necessary, click Remove to remove a customized user storage quota.
