Copying and pasting formatting
You can copy and paste formatting between objects in a document, similar to other Windows programs.
Once you have formatted a control in a particular way, you can paste that formatting to other controls of the same type. That is, you cannot paste a rectangle's formatting onto a text field, because the two types do not have the same formatting properties.
You cannot copy formatting between two Grid/Graph objects. You can create an Autostyle and apply it to multiple Grid/Graphs to set the same formatting on all of them. For more information, see Formatting documents using predefined formats (Autostyles).
To copy and paste formatting
-
Open the document in the Document Editor. How?
-
Right-click the control with the desired formatting and select Copy.
-
Select the controls to copy the format to.
The selected controls must be the same type as the control that you copied the formatting from.
-
Right-click the selected controls and choose Paste Formatting.
