This class validates the rows per page (EnumWebPreferences.WebPreferencePrintDefaultRowsPerPage, EnumWebPreferences.WebPreferencePrintGridRowsPerPage) and the columns per page (EnumWebPreferences.WebPreferencePrintDefaultColsPerPage, EnumWebPreferences.WebPreferencePrintGridColsPerPage) on HTML print.
It makes sure that they do not exceed the maximum rows per page (EnumWebPreferences.WebPreferencePrintMaxRowsPerPage) and maximum columns per page (EnumWebPreferences.WebPreferencePrintMaxColsPerPage) .
It also checks that the value is within the min and max settings specified.
