Search in Document

Search allows you to quickly find insights within the document. For example, let's say that there are multiple grids on a document, that list out Accounts and Products. Rather than scrolling through the grids, you can use Search to view all highlighted keywords. By using the search functionality, you can focus on the data that matters.

  1. Go to a document.
  2. Click Search .
  3. Start a specific search. For example, Revenue or Product A.

    The search returns results for the current page.

  4. View the keyword matches highlighted in yellow or orange.

    Keywords are first highlighted in yellow. Use the arrows in the search bar to navigate through the matches. The focused match is highlighted in orange to show the current selection on the page.

  5. Exit the search by clicking or within the document.
